Seth G. Dombeck
As the managing partner of Rubin & Dombeck, LLC, Seth oversees all aspects of the law firm with a special emphasis on the commercial and residential real estate, banking and corporate practice. His extensive knowledge and experience in the aforementioned areas of legal practice allows Seth time to maintain extensive contact with clients, lawyers, lenders, and all relevant parties to the transactions he oversees. Clients range from individuals to large entities and individual borrowers to commercial lenders. Seth has been involved in transactions that have ranged in size from under $100,000.00 to over $20,000,000.00. Seth received his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in January 2004. Seth also received a Masters in Business Administration, Finance, in May 2004 at Seton Hall University Stillman School of Business where he was the winner of the prestigious Capstone Award. Seth is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey (2004), as well as in the District of Columbia (2006). Seth currently serves on the Planning Board of the Township of Hillside.
