David M. Mallow

Graduated with honors from Union University Albany Law School in 1993 and a Member of New York and New Jersey Bars, David is a Trial Attorney who has tried cases in both State and Federal Court and as an Appellate attorney with briefs filed in State and Federal Appellate Courts. Among David's specialties is Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury and he has achieved Million Dollar Settlements. As a Commercial Litigator, David has handled matters in State and Federal Courts in New York, New Jersey and the U.S. Virgin Islands.  David has experience as a New York City Civil Court Arbitrator and as a New York State certified Conflict Resolution Mediator. David is also a member of New York State Bar Association and New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
